Art and beauty are instrumental in achieving Shanet’s goals. In each of our events we foster an atmosphere in part by including art work. We promote painters, sculptors, and others. We present talent and connect generations. Shanet promotes dialogue between cultures in the usual sense, but also in a broader sense. Indonesia and America have different cultures, as do immigrants and the people in the countries they immigrate to. But so do men and women, the working and professional classes, the older and younger generations, and so on. Cultural dialogue is the key to solving many problems. We all have our expectations and points of view.
